To obtain support, we encourage you to sign in to the business portal, which can be found on the main menu of this website. We have an online help system that should be able to answer most of your inquiries. However, if you cannot find the assistance you require or are encountering an issue that is not documented, you can contact our support team by creating a trouble ticket from the business portal.

What is the process for setting up an account to utilize the First Notification applications?
Retrieve the application from your preferred app store. Upon launching the app for the first time, your initial encounter will be with the login screen. Here, you will have the option to either establish a new account by selecting the designated button or, if you already possess an account, to log in using your existing credentials.

In the case of opting to create an account, simply tap on the designated button and proceed to complete the necessary information in the provided fields. After you have meticulously filled out the required details, submit the form. Following this step, a confirmation email containing a securely generated and unique password will promptly be dispatched to your provided email address.

With your freshly acquired credentials, proceed to log in to the system. Directly at the top left corner of the screen, you will find a link to access your personal settings. By selecting this link, you can navigate to the section where you can make individualized adjustments. Among the various options available, you will have the opportunity to modify your password, replacing it with something more easily memorable to you.

What is the process for removing / deleting my account?
The procedure for deleting an account is quite straightforward. Begin by navigating to the "Personal Details" section located at the upper-left corner of the screen. Once there, proceed to scroll down until you find the option labeled "Close Account." Upon selecting this option, a confirmation prompt will appear to ensure that you indeed wish to proceed with this action. If you confirm your decision, all the information associated with your account will be permanently eradicated from the system. Additionally, please be aware that you will be automatically logged out of the application as well.

It's imperative to recognize that the deletion of your account is an irreversible process. Once executed, you won't be able to recover your account or the data linked to it. If you intend to use the First Notification app in the future, you will be required to create an entirely new account. Therefore, it's essential to weigh the consequences carefully before finalizing the account deletion process.
